Shorten / Cancellation Pass

A. Required Documents:

  • Original passport

  • Copy of biodata page & latest visa

  • For Dependents: copy of student’s biodata page & latest visa

  • Flight ticket (within 1 month to home/resident country) – for Shorten Checkout Memo only

  • Proof of next application: Senate/completion letter, transcript, certificate, or eVAL/offer letter for another institution

B. Fees:

  • Admin fee: RM30 (Student) / RM40 (Dependent)

  • Pay via QR code at UTMKL Services Counter or payhub.utm.my

  • EMGS fee via JomPAY (invoice emailed)

C. Processing & Submission:

  • Takes at least 14 working days

  • Email payment proof to isckl@utm.my with name and passport number

  • Submit completed form and documents to UTMKL Services, Level 2, Menara Razak, UTMKL
