Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk komited dalam mengukur tahap kesejahteraan staf disamping memperbaiki produktiviti staf di tempat kerja. Sehubungan itu hasil penilaian ini akan membantu pihak Universiti dalam menambahbaik serta merancang program-program bagi meningkatkan kesejahteraan staf.
