Bhg. Dato\u2019\/Prof.\/Dr.\/Ir.\/Tuan\/Puan\/Saudara,<\/p>\n<p>Dengan segala hormatnya perkara di atas adalah dirujuk.<\/p>\n<p>2. Untuk makluman Y. Bhg. Dato\u2019\/Prof.\/Dr.\/Ir.\/Tuan\/Puan\/Saudara, Universiti menjalankan Penilaian Indeks Kesejahteraan Staf UTM. Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tahap kesejahteraan staf disamping memperbaiki produktiviti staf di tempat kerja.<\/p>\n<p>3. Sehubungan itu, sukacita sekiranya Y. Bhg. Dato\u2019\/Prof.\/Dr.\/Ir.\/Tuan\/Puan\/Saudara dapat memberikan kerjasama dengan melengkapkan penilaian kendiri ini.
