Segala maklum balas perlu disertakan dengan jelas beserta maklumat sokongan (jika berkaitan) bagi memastikan setiap maklum balas diproses dan dinilai dengan sebaiknya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sila layari<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sistem Pengurusan Aduan Awam (SiSPAA)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/utm.spab.gov.my\/eApps\/system\/index.do\">https:\/\/utm.spab.gov.my\/eApps\/system\/index.do<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pihak urusetia Perhubungan Pelanggan (Unit UTM Campus Connect Hub &#8211; UTM CCH) bertindak menguruskan aduan berdasarkan takrifan aduan seperti yang dinyatakan di laman web\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcb.gov.my\/bm\/info-aduan\/aduan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #1399f2\">Biro Pengaduan Awam<\/span><\/a>. <span style=\"color: #000000\">Adalah penting untuk memahami takrifan tersebut bagi memastikan semua pemegang taruh (stakeholder) memahami peranan yang dimainkan oleh urusetia dalam menguruskan aduan di UTM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Segala maklum balas adalah berharga dan penting kepada kami dalam menyokong kepada penambahbaikan berterusan dan kualiti perkhidmatan di UTM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Sekiranya aduan melibatkan<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>i.
