_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Terma Rujukan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Menggubal dan menyemak secara berkala Dasar, Peraturan dan Garis Panduan program latihan dan pembangunan kompetensi staf untuk diperakukan dan diluluskan oleh Universiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bekerjasama dengan Dekan Fakulti\/RA dalam menyediakan perancangan latihan dan pembangunan kompetensi staf serta menimbang dan meluluskan permohonan staf untuk mengikuti latihan berdasarkan perancangan serta keperluan semasa Universiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bekerjasama dengan Dekan Fakulti\/RA dalam memantau dan memperakukan prestasi staf yang mengikuti latihan dan menggunakan kaedah dan pendekatan yang ditetapkan oleh Universiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Membantu Universiti menangani kes atau keadaan staf yang menghadapi masalah semasa mengikuti latihan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mengambil tindakan atau mencadangkan tindakan yang bersesuaian (mengikut kes) untuk diambil oleh Universiti ke atas staf yang melanggar perjanjian berkaitan latihan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Memastikan semua proses tuntutan pecah kontrak adalah mematuhi peraturan\/ garis panduan Universiti serta mencadangkan kepada Universiti kaedah terbaik bagi memastikan semua tuntutan pecah kontrak mengikut peraturan Universiti dan pada masa yang sama adil kepada semua pihak.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Memastikan proses pelupusan hutang-hutang lapuk pecah kontrak yang tidak dapat dituntut, berdasarkan Seksyen 6(2) Akta Had Masa 1953 di mana sesuatu tindakan tidak boleh dibawa dengan apa-apa perkara yang berbangkit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meneliti, menimbangtara serta membuat keputusan berkaitan rayuan bayaran daripada pemecah kontrak, dan mencadangkan kepada Universiti dengan mendapatkan kelulusan Mesyuarat Jawatankuasa Pengurusan Universiti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Memastikan dokumen dan polisi\/ prosedur berkaitan latihan adalah mematuhi peraturan bagi mengelakkan sebarang tindakan Undang-Undang ke atas Universiti<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
