Kursus anjuran Pusat Tanggungjawab (PTJ) merujuk kepada mana-mana latihan, kursus, bengkel atau seminar yang dianjurkan oleh PTJ dengan menggunakan peruntukan bajet Universiti. Bagi melaksanakan program tersebut, PTJ hendaklah mengemukakan permohonan rasmi dengan melengkapkan Kertas Kerja Permohonan Peruntukan Pelaksanaan Kursus\/Bengkel\/Seminar dan menghantarkannya kepada Pusat Pembangunan Bakat dan Kepimpinan (CTLD) untuk semakan dan kelulusan lanjut.<\/p>\n

Dalam menggerakkan UTM ke arah yang lebih tinggi, pembudayaan organisasi hendaklah dititikberatkan di segenap peringkat. Nilai teras UTM perlu dipegang utuh oleh semua staf dan juga pelajar.
