Pihak Universiti Teknologi Malaysia melalui Bahagian Sumber Manusia, Pejabat Pendaftar sedang mencari CALON \u2013 CALON bagi menyertai\u00a0AKRAB\u00a0Care\u00a0<\/em>(Rakan Pembimbing Perkhidmatan Awam).\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>

AKRAB Care<\/em><\/strong> berperanan sebagai\u00a0rakan pembimbing yang akan membantu rakan sekerja<\/strong> dengan menggunakan kemahiran psikologi dan elemen kaunseling,\u00a0menjadi sumber rujukan dan perkongsian berkaitan pembangunan kerjaya, memberi maklumat, sokongan sosial dan moral.<\/p>

KRITERIA<\/strong> yang diperlukan sebagai AKRAB Care<\/em> ialah:<\/p>
1)<\/td>Markah Penilaian Prestasi\u00a085% Bermula 2013 Hingga 2015<\/b><\/td><\/tr>
2)<\/td>Terbuka kepada\u00a0Staf Akademik & Staf Pengurusan Profesional dan Pelaksanan (PPP)<\/b><\/td><\/tr>
3)<\/td>Daripada\u00a0Pelbagai Gred & Skim<\/b><\/td><\/tr>
4)<\/td>Bersedia Membantu<\/td><\/tr>
5)<\/td>Personaliti Menarik, Senang dan Selesa Didampingi<\/td><\/tr>
6)<\/td>Mempunyai Nilai Empati<\/td><\/tr>
7)<\/td>Pendengar yang Baik<\/td><\/tr>
8)<\/td>Mudah Diajak Berbincang<\/td><\/tr>
