Permohonan&nbsp;sukarela&nbsp;boleh dihantar terus ke Unit Kaunseling.<br \/>2. Permohonan bagi&nbsp;rujukan&nbsp;staf perlulah dihantar ke Unit Kaunseling melalui Ketua Jabatan atau PTJ masing-masing kepada Timbalan Pendaftar Kanan,Bahagian Sumber Manusia&nbsp;(BSM), Pejabat Pendaftar.<br \/>3.
