Tujuan program ini adalah untuk Pengurusan HCM bertemu secara langsung dengan pelanggan iaitu Pengurusan Fakulti\/Bahagian bagi membincangkan isu peringkat Universiti dan juga di peringkat fakulti\/bahagian. Melalui program ini, diharapkan komunikasi, kefahaman dan kesepakatan yang lebih baik antara HCM dan fakulti\/bahagian.
