Sekiranya ada keperluan, Ketua Jabatan hendaklah membuat permohonan semula supaya pegawai diluluskan untuk terus menanggung kerja kepada Pihak Berkuasa Melulus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siapakah Yang Layak Menanggung Kerja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pegawai yang layak diperakukan untuk menanggung kerja ialah:-<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Pegawai yang telah disahkan dalam perkhidmatan;<\/li>\n<li>Sekiranya&nbsp;<strong>tiada pegawai yang telah disahkan<\/strong>&nbsp;dalam perkhidmatan, pegawai yang telah&nbsp;<strong>berkhidmat sekurang-kurangnya setahun<\/strong>&nbsp;boleh diperakukan; dan<\/li>\n<li>Keutamaan untuk penanggungan kerja hendaklah diberi kepada pegawai yang paling layak dari segi&nbsp;<strong>pengalaman, kelayakan, kemahiran, kepakaran dan berprestasi baik.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;Senarai Semak&#8221; Sekiranya ada keperluan, Ketua Jabatan hendaklah membuat permohonan semula supaya pegawai diluluskan untuk terus menanggung kerja kepada Pihak Berkuasa Melulus.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Siapakah yang layak menanggung kerja?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Pegawai yang layak diperakukan untuk menanggung kerja ialah:-<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li><em>Pegawai yang telah disahkan dalam perkhidmatan;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Sekiranya\u00a0<strong>tiada pegawai yang telah disahkan<\/strong>dalam perkhidmatan, pegawai yang telah\u00a0<strong>berkhidmat sekurang-kurangnya setahun<\/strong>\u00a0boleh diperakukan; dan<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Keutamaan untuk penanggungan kerja hendaklah diberi kepada pegawai yang paling layak dari segi\u00a0<strong>pengalaman, kelayakan, kemahiran, kepakaran dan berprestasi baik.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>Berapakah Kadar Elaun Penanggungan kerja bagi jawatan terbuka?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Kadar Elaun Penanggungan Kerja dikira berdasarkan kepada gaji permulaan skim perkhidmatan pegawai yang menanggung kerja jawatan terbuka.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong>Bolehkah seseorang pegawai menanggung kerja dua (2) jawatan pada masa yang sama?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Tidak boleh. Ini disebabkan pegawai hanya layak dibayar satu (1) Elaun Penanggungan Kerja sahaja pada satu masa.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong>Bolehkah seorang Pembantu Makmal Gred C19 menanggung kerja jawatan Penolong Pegawai Sains Gred C29?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>Pembantu Makmal Gred C19 tersebut perlu mempunyai kelayakan sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam skim perkhidmatan Penolong Pegawai Sains Gred C29 untuk membolehkan beliau menanggung tugas berkenaan.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;Rujukan&#8221;
