Penyertaan Anugerah Inovasi Perkhidmatan (AIP) oleh semua PTJ\/Fakulti adalah digalakkan. Ketua Pusat Tanggungjawab (PTJ) UTM hendaklah memastikan penyertaan PTJ\/Bahagian di bawahnya sekurang-kurang satu (1) inovasi untuk dinilai dalam Anugerah Inovasi Perkhidmatan (AIP) bagi sesi pencalonan projek inovasi tahun 2022, 2023 dan 2024<\/p>\n

Inovasi yang dihasilkan hendaklah memberi faedah yang jelas dari segi peningkatan kualiti dan produktiviti sesebuah organisasi dan BUKAN hasil penyelidikan dan pembangunan (R&D) yang tiada kaitan dengan peningkatkan kualiti dan produktiviti organisasi<\/p>\n

Tiada had penyertaan dikenakan kepada PTJ\/Bahagian untuk pencalonan hasil inovasi. Bagi projek berkumpulan, bilangan maksimum keahlian adalah 10 orang ahli<\/p>\n

Inovasi hendaklah milik PTJ\/Fakulti yang mengambil bahagian ataupun penyertaan bersama jika inovasi dimiliki bersama PTJ lain. Bagi projek yang dilaksanakan bersama hendaklah ditetapkan pemiliknya manakala PTJ lain yang terlibat sama itu dijadikan sebagai rakan kongsi<\/p>\n

Projek Inovasi yang pernah menyertai AIP, dibenarkan menyertai pertandingan AIP pada tahun seterusnya, namun tertakluk kepada tempoh kelayakan projek tersebut dan tidak pernah memenangi AIP<\/p>\n

Projek yang pernah menyertai KIK, dibenarkan menyertai AIP namun tertakluk kepada tempoh kelayakan projek dan perlu mematuhi kriteria penilaian AIP. Projek KIK yang telah ke peringkat wilayah, kebangsaan, atau IPTA adalah dikecualikan dari\u00a0menyertai\u00a0AIP<\/p>\n
