Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti (SPK) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) diwujudkan bagi memastikan semua proses utama universiti dilaksanakan secara teratur, berintegriti dan selaras dengan ISO 9001:2015. SPK UTM berfungsi sebagai rujukan dalam mendokumen, melaksanakan, memantau serta menambah baik proses kerja universiti merangkumi bidang akademik, penyelidikan, pentadbiran dan perkhidmatan sokongan.<\/p>\n

Melalui SPK, UTM dapat mengekalkan sistem tadbir urus yang sistematik, meningkatkan keberkesanan proses kerja, mengoptimumkan penggunaan sumber dan memperkukuh budaya penambahbaikan berterusan di semua peringkat organisasi.<\/p>\n

eSPK merupakan sistem atas talian yang dibangunkan oleh Universiti Teknologi Malaysia bagi menyokong pelaksanaan, pemantauan dan penambahbaikan berterusan Sistem Pengurusan Kualiti Universiti. Melalui eSPK, semua dokumen berkaitan dasar, prosedur, garis panduan dan rekod kualiti dapat diuruskan secara bersepadu, mudah diakses dan sentiasa dikemas kini.<\/p>\n

Sistem ini juga membantu Pusat Tanggungjawab (PTJ) dalam memastikan pematuhan kepada standard kualiti UTM, selain memudahkan proses audit dalaman, pengesahan dokumen serta pelaporan. Dengan adanya eSPK, UTM dapat meningkatkan keberkesanan pengurusan kualiti secara digital selaras dengan aspirasi universiti ke arah kecemerlangan bertaraf global.<\/p>\n
